A foot pedal controls the speed of the tractor, the cutting blades are engaged and disengaged at the flick of a switch through an electronic clutch and a buzzer sounds when the capacious clippings collector is full – making it a delight to use.
If emptying the generous 240-litre grass catcher from the comfort of the driver’s seat is just too much effort you can fit the mulching plug (supplied with the mower) to finely cut the clippings and discharge them back onto the lawn as you mow. This adds vital nutrients back into the lawn, making the 1638H Twin highly efficient.

Buxton’s offer free next working day delivery on orders over £90 (Incl. VAT) for Mainland UK (excluding the Highlands and Islands).
We also offer a 48hr Royal Mail service for smaller items.
Orders placed before 3 pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders received after this time or during weekends & Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day. Please note all orders placed on a Friday will arrive the following Monday unless you select Saturday delivery for an additional charge.

At Buxton’s, we offer a 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of receiving your goods, you can return the products for a full refund. Products will only be refundable if they are returned in the original packaging, unused and in a resellable condition. T&C applies. Products that are made to order are non-returnable. For example, rope cut to length. Products that we don't stock and are ordered in from the supplier will have a 25% restocking fee if returned.
