Returning Online

If you change your mind, you can return items to us in original condition for a refund within 30 days from the date of dispatch. Email [email protected] to arrange a return.


In-store Orders

We can also accept returns in-store, simply bring your item/s and your return form with you and we can process it while you shop. This is a great way to find and exchange for a better size.


Machinery Returns

Decided your new machine is not cutting it, don't worry. Our team can help you find a better solution for you, we'll work with you to come to an arrangement that works for everyone.



At Buxton’s, we offer a 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of receiving your goods, you can return the products for a full refund. Products will only be refundable if they are returned in the original packaging, unused and in a resellable condition.

If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate. Any warranty claims will be subject to meeting the the manufacturers warranty requirements. For more information on your products warranty information can be found in the information booklets provider and/or on the manufacturers website.

If the return charge will exceed a charge of £10, you must contact us to arrange a collection.

How to return your order

To return your order, please email [email protected] to request an RMA number. We advise you send your parcel on a tracked service as we are not liable for any loss. If you have any questions either call us on 01785 712397 or email us at [email protected].

If you are returning a faulty or incorrectly supplied product, we will refund the postage once returned. However, if the postage exceeds the amount of £10, please contact us and we will arrange a collection.
