In line with government guidelines we have closed the doors to the shop and we are unable to serve customers who come to the shop. We are however still able to deliver goods to our customers via our delivery service or via carriers. So any machines, spare parts or equipment can still be ordered and delivered to you.

We have large stocks of most items and we can supply in-stock products within 2 days.
Some of our suppliers have closed, including Stihl and Petzl, so we are unable to order from these but otherwise, we can still supply most items even if we are out of stock.


When we are delivering machines to customers using our staff, the machines are left outside the customer's property having being disinfected, there is no contact between the customer and our staff.

For safety reasons, we have no mechanics on site so we are unable to carry out machinery repairs. If you have machinery already with us and it is repaired we will make arrangements to return it to you.
If your machine is in for repair with us and it is in running order and safe to use but has not been serviced we can make arrangements to return it to you.
If your machine is in for repair and has not been repaired yet and is not suitable for use then, unfortunately, we will be unable to return it to you until after the restrictions have been lifted.
