Yale LimeLite24 11.7mm Climbing Rope (with Plain End)

LimeLite24 bridges the gap between the 11mm and traditional 1/2' diameter ropes. With it's 11.7mm diameter, LimeLite24 provides a lightweight rope that nimbly runs through mechanical assisted climbing devices at the same time large enough to have a proper hand for traditional climbing techniques.

The 11.7mm diameter achieves substantial weight savings compared to traditional 1/2' lines and easily runs through mechanical devices.

Comfortable Sizing
LimeLite24 is sized to fill the climber's hand much like traditional 1/2' lines.

Better knotability
The internal braided core creates a very supple rope when not under tension.

Solid
The braided core becomes quite firm when loaded and therefore behaves similar to traditional 16-strand climbing lines.

Spliceability
LimeLite24 can be spliced using a traditional double braid splice.
