Buxton's use couriers for most of its packet delivery and aim to deliver on the next working day for orders placed before 3.00pm.

 

To offer our customers the best possible value we send light and small packets using 1st class postage with royal mail and these are usually delivered in 1-2 business days.

 

Postage & Packaging (UK) - Light Packet: £2.75 plus vat

Postage & Packaging (UK) - Small Packet: £4.65 plus vat

Postage & Packaging (UK) - Courier Parcel: £9.99 plus vat (Up to 20kg. Parcels greater than this will have an additional charge)

 

Postage & Packaging for orders within the UK, which are over £250 (excl VAT), will be FREE.

 

Delivery is charged as priced on each order. If you place your order by 3pm we will endeavour to despatch it the same day, or the next day if your order is placed after 3pm. Orders received during weekends or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been despatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost. If you are unavailable when Royal Mail or the courier tries to deliver your order, they will usually drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

 

All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) may experience delivery delays.

 

We only deliver goods to the address on the order.
