The steel deck mowers, called Izy’s, now come with £75 cash back. This means that the basic Izy will only cost £275 including VAT and even at this low price this machine still has a 3 year warranty and Honda quality components.
The Core Range of mowers have Polystrong or aluminium decks and are available with fixed speed rollers and or hrdrostatic variable drives on 4 wheeled machines , all are fitted with blade brake clutches and come with a 7 year warranty. There is £100 off all these core mowers and prices start at £650.

The Snow Is Coming, Get Ready For Winter!

Some parts of the UK have already had their first taste of this winter’s snows so you may have already had your first day of snow induced misery, if you were lucky then being prepared and having the right snow clearing equipment is becoming more and more important.

Buxtons have a range of snow blowers and shovels to help you to keep your disruption to a minimum. Keep your driveway clear and pathways safe with a combination of electric and petrol driven snow throwers or snow shovels.

Whether you choose the affordable and healthy option of a nice sturdy snow shovel or of you choose a snow thrower, we have the product for you.

Snow Throwers

Buxtons stock two types of snow throwers, namely one stage and two stage snow throwers.

The difference being that a singe stage thrower will use a single ‘impeller’ to scoop and force the snow out of a chute. A two stage machine will use two actions, one to scoop the snow and a second action to force the snow out the chute.

The difference to you is generally the type of snow that can be cleared and distance it can be sent from the chute.

The Stiga Snow Electric is a great affordable single stage electric snow thrower that is perfect for clearing paths where the snow isn’t too slushy or wet and hasn’t been walked on or compacted.

If you need an affordable petrol snow thrower then the Stiga Snow Rex Petrol Single Stage Snow Thrower is ideal for you. It has a 53cm width and is ideal for clearing larger areas like paths and driveways and of course, no need for extension cables.

If you need to clear compacted or wet snow or you have a larger area of snow then the Ariens ST22 Commercial Two Stage Petrol Snow Thrower is a good choice. It has a clearing width of 22 inches and a throwing distance of up to 40 feet. The deep winter tyres and bottom scraper gives the best possible finish even with compacted or slushy snow.
